An accompaniment that uses a variety of blocked intervals with a relatively equal rate of occurrence.

The note one step above Low F, or a 4th below Bass C.

The note two steps below Bass C, or two steps above Low F.

The note one step below Bass C or a 4th above Low F.

A waltz accompaniment that mainly stays in one five finger scale or briefly extends to include 6ths or 7ths.

A type of articulation indicating the player to play smoothly and seamlessly, with the notes slightly overlapped.
