Christina Lopriore is an elder millennial who was born in New England and currently resides in sunny Southern California. She is a pianist, music educator, composer, arranger, and multi instrumentalist.
She holds a Bachelors Degree in Music from Chapman University, where she participated in the Symphony Orchestra, Women's Choir, and as a collaborative pianist.
Prior to studying composition in university, she was a violist or violinist in multiple orchestras and musical productions. She was also notably the very first 21st century composer to have a piece featured in a performance by her high school orchestra.
Having experienced the incredible benefits from a young age of being mentored and taught by master musicians (graduates of Julliard, St. Petersburg Conservatory, and New England Conservatory), Christina is very passionate about preserving the traditions of classical music while simultaneously incorporating modern views of music education into her teaching curriculum.
